Intercontinental Hotel, Park Lane
Appointed by Berkeley Projects Ltd of Cheam, Surrey, our remit was to supply and install 18 new cold rooms and remote systems for servery counters.
We quickly surveyed the site and designed a digital pack system to enable all systems to run from one central pack with 100% back up facility.
The client was delighted with this solution as it saves on space and running costs and also provides the insurance of back up in the event of component failure.
Foster cold room panels were used on all 18 rooms. Spread over 3 floors the installation of our services had to be coordinated with all sites trades and detailed drawings produced to ensure a smooth passage from floor to floor.
Every element of the works was carried out by CCS employed staff from project management through to the cold room erection and installation of the packs and all interconnecting pipework.
The commissioning of such a detailed and complex system is key to its operation, at CCS we have exceptional in house technical expertise to ensure such systems are commissioned to exceptional standards.
The client was delighted with the final result and indeed have first class cold rooms to match their hotel.
